Miscellaneous Professional Liability (MPL) covers generic professional liability for a variety of professional service providers.  MPL provides coverage for negligence in the performance of services for a fee where a reasonable standard of care is expected.

  • Standard written contracts used for all professional services (including indemnity agreements) or engagement/proposal letter***
  • Latest financial statements past two years***
  • Advertising booklets and brochures
  • Standard written specifications for professional services
  • Quality control manuals
  • Training program for professional employees
  • Copy of past project logs, where applicable
  • Photocopies of all educational certificates and licenses
  • Sample reports given to clients or summary of the same, if applicable
  • Copy of current MPL policy and declarations page
