Practical Industrial Hygiene (PIH) Seminar
Travelers IH Laboratory covers the fundamentals of industrial hygiene in this two-day seminar. Learn from practicing industrial hygienists about how to recognize, evaluate and control occupational health exposures. 


Learn how to:

  • Recognize chemical and physical hazards
  • Develop a sampling strategy and select the proper sampling method, media and equipment
  • Calculate employee exposure levels from survey data
  • Determine the degree of exposure and recommend appropriate control measures
  • Operate various types of air and noise sampling equipment
