Our Public Sector Services (PSS) Oversight Unit provides direction and guidance to the dedicated commercial claim staff that handle claims on behalf of public entities. The members of the PSS Oversight unit have extensive knowledge of public entity claims (both federal and state) and act as a resource to our claim professionals so that we take full advantage of the protections afforded to our public entity insureds.
We are primarily responsible for oversight of those PSS claims involving unique public entity exposures associated with:
- Law Enforcement Liability (police & jail)
- Public Entity Management Liability (primarily zoning)
- Emergency Response (police, fire & EMT) Auto
