The Technical Development Program is designed to prepare highly-motivated college graduates for a technology career at Travelers. The program can be tailored to emphasize software development, systems analysis, business intelligence, operations or a combination of functional technology areas.
The program focuses on developing participants’ strengths and interests by offering a curriculum that includes training in cutting-edge technologies, insurance and leadership, along with supporting on-the-job assignments.

The Technical Development Program is a multi-year program with a series of rotations that increase in complexity in technology and business, depending on prior work experience. A typical rotation is nine to 12 months in length.
Program participants take part in a framework for career development which provides the information and support necessary to build their technical, business and leadership skills quickly. Participants also engage in mentoring, networking and career guidance activities.
Qualified candidates should be se self-starting, energetic and creative individuals interested in beginning their IT career in a challenging and fast-paced environment that offers opportunities for growth and personal success.
