Claim Services
Contact the nearest Regional Claim Office if you wish to report a claim on a bond/policy containing policy symbols BU, BX, BY, BZ, F, FF, LB or S. The Regional Claim Offices cover commercial surety claims and executive liability claims, including commercial crime and employee dishonesty, employment practices liability (EPL), fiduciary liability (FRIP), directors and officers (D&O) liability.
If a Kidnap and Ransom claim is reported, please call ASI immediately at the below listed number. If the call is received during normal business hours (8:00 to 5:00) the Insured should also contact Amy White at 860.954.4577 or Tracey Santor at 860.277.5725.
EXPRESS (small miscellaneous bonds): If you wish to report a claim on a product written in our Express market segment, please contact the Express Claim office in Exton, PA. Typical bonds handled by Express are small commercial surety and ERISA bonds with policy symbols S or BZ.
CONSTRUCTION SERVICES: If you wish to report a claim on a Construction Services bond, please contact one of the Construction Services Claim Offices in Hartford, Philadelphia, Hunt Valley, or Federal Way. Typical bonds handled by Construction Services are Performance Bonds, Payment Bonds, Bid Bonds and Maintenance Bonds. Policy symbols found on Travelers Construction Services bonds are S and SB. Construction claims relating to certain Reliance and United Pacific bonds beginning with B, P or U as well as various St. Paul and USF&G bonds should also be directed to a Construction Services Claim Office. Claims relating to Surety bonds written by Gulf Insurance Company should be directed to the Federal Way Construction Services Claim Office.
