Personal Insurance customers can register their policy through the MyTravelers.com Web site. All you need is your 9 digit account number to validate your account.

How do I make changes to my personal insurance policy like adding or removing a car or a driver?

How do I pay my bill?
When it comes to paying your bill, Travelers offers several options. Payments can be made:
- Automatically from your credit card or financial institution
- Online

Find the option that works best for you! Personal Insurance customers can log on to MyTravelers.com to choose the option that works best. Business Insurance customers can use our e-Pay site to set up electronic payments by accessing www.travelersepay.com.
How do I find information about my Personal Insurance claim?
The best way to get information on your claim is to contact the Claim Handler assigned to your case. You may obtain this information on-line by logging into the Check the status of a claim portion of our site. In order to do this you will need the following information:
- Your Travelers claim number (a seven-digit number given to you when the claim was reported)
- Your date of loss (the date your loss occurred)
You may also call our claim inquiry department at 800.Claim33 (800.252.4633) for assistance.
How do I find information on my Workers Compensation claim?
You may find information on the status of your Worker's Compensation claim through our dedicated site for injured workers at www.mywcinfo.com. You will need to know your claim number and accident date. If you have additional questions, you may contact the Travelers Claim professional assigned to your claim at any time. If you do not have that contact information, please call our customer service center at 800-238-6225; they will assist you in reaching the right person.
I was involved in an accident with someone who is insured by you; how do I file a claim?
Please call the Travelers Claim Reporting center at 800.CLAIM33 (800.252.4633). You will be asked to provide the other driver's name, license plate, phone number and insurance information.
I'm an independent insurance agent; how do I become appointed with Travelers?
