- Community Leadership
Responsibility toward the communities in which it does business is one of Travelers' fundamental values. Strong, vital companies are dependent on strong, vital communities. Our employees have a solid reputation for being valuable assets as board members and volunteers who contribute their fullest to civic and nonprofit organizations.
- Charitable Fund Drive
The Charitable Fund Drive is an employee-giving campaign benefiting the United Way, as well as the Neighborhood Health Care Network and United Arts organizations. All of the money raised supports local Travelers communities, highlighting our commitment to partner with employees, communities and business partners to help build a civil society by investing in people and institutions for long-term success.
- Matching Funds Program
Travelers donates funds to organizations where our employees volunteer. Through our Matching Gifts of Money program, employees have the opportunity to apply for up to $500 in company matches to eligible nonprofit organizations. Through our Matching Gifts of Time program, employees can apply for a $500 grant when they've given a day (24 hours in a calendar year) to a nonprofit, charitable organization.
