The Actuarial Leadership Development Program (ALDP) Summer Internship Program provides qualified students an excellent opportunity to gain business experience, receive valuable actuarial training, and learn first-hand about the many actuarial opportunities available in the property casualty industry. Interns have challenging assignments that utilize and develop their technical skills as well as their overall business knowledge.

Requirements
- Preferred cumulative GPA of 3.2 or greater
- Motivation to succeed
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Extracurricular involvement on campus or in the community
- Demonstrated leadership experiences/skills
- Legally eligible to work in the United States

Locations
Positions are available in Hartford, Conn. and Saint Paul, Minn. beginning in May or early June and last approximately 10 to 12 weeks. Subsidized apartments are available for interns who live beyond a commutable distance.
