Coverage From Day One

Getting Enrolled
You’ll have up to 31 days from your hire date to enroll in your benefits. Benefits are effective retroactive to your date of hire.
Within the first week of employment, you’ll have the opportunity to electronically enroll using our online enrollment tool.

Your Savings and Retirement Options
Travelers offers both a pension and a 401(k) program. Eligible participants are automatically enrolled in both plans. The pension plan is funded 100 percent by Travelers. The 401(k) program includes pre-tax and Roth options and has a company matching contribution of up to 5 percent.
After you arrive, you can enroll in any of the plans and access plan information using our intranet site.
