Angelica, Participant in the Financial Management Leadership Development Program
As a participant in the Financial Management Leadership Development Program (FMLDP), I have the opportunity to work in one specific area of the company to see exactly how that area functions on a daily basis and how it fits within the organization as a whole. As I continue the program, I will also have the opportunity to rotate to different units within the finance community to get a better sense of how finance works in a large corporation.

Eduard, Participant in the Information Technology Leadership Development Program
The culture at Travelers is unique. The people are a large part of the culture. Someone is always willing to lend a helping hand if you need one. I have developed many great professional and personal relationships during my time at Travelers. I have been able to get to know many individuals who have taught me a great deal and made it a truly enjoyable work environment. When you are able to work with individuals you consider your friends, it becomes a whole lot of fun.

Ngoc, Participant in the Business Insurance Underwriting Professional Development Program (UPDP)
I am currently in the last stages of the UPDP. This means I’m transitioning out of the classroom training and am able to work with my own mini-territory. My job is different everyday, with new challenges that constantly arise. I have to problem-solve my way through many issues that come up on a daily basis. I also have the opportunity to work with a variety of internal and external people. This is a great job for anyone who can think critically and creatively, likes to take initiative and thrives on change.
