The Technical Development Program is designed to prepare highly-motivated college graduates for a technology career at Travelers. The program, which offers a technology curriculum that includes training in cutting-edge technologies and insurance, has two paths:
The Technical Development Program is a three-year program with a series of rotations that increase in complexity in technology and business, depending upon prior work experience. A typical rotation is no more then 12 months in length.

You should have a passion for technology and possess an IT-related undergraduate degree. Additional requirements include:
