Travelers’ Human Resources Leadership Development Summer Internship Program is designed to offer current undergraduate and graduate students a stimulating and hands-on human resources experience within a condensed 10 to 12 week period. Interns are placed in one of many functional HR disciplines including Talent Acquisition, Compensation and Benefits, Generalist, or Enterprise Learning and Organizational Development. Interns are expected to continually demonstrate their evolving HR competencies to help provide solutions for current business initiatives and challenges.
