Why register with Travelers?

Register on MyTravelers for online access to your billing, policy and claim information. Your information is available to you on our secure website. Pay your bill, sign up for monthly Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT), view your policy information, check your claim status and even report your claim online.

What do I need to register?
You should have your bill or declaration package available to reference when signing up for access to your online Travelers account information.
 
What do I do if I forget my User ID?
If you have forgotten your user ID, please return to the home page and click on the "Forgot user ID?" link and follow the steps to retrieve your ID.
 
What do I do if I forget my password?
If you have forgotten your password, please return to the home page and click on the "Forgot password?" link and follow the steps to reset your password.

When is MyTravelers.com available?
For your convenience, MyTravelers.com is available seven days a week. Site maintenance occurs Monday through Saturday 2:00 - 2:45 a.m. EST and Sunday 2:00 - 5:00 a.m. EST, at which time MyTravelers.com is not available.
