The Prize

There will be 5 winners. Each winner will receive 1 Zaadii merch pack (Approximate Retail Value of the Kit is $40.00 – total approximate retail value of all available prizes in the giveaway is $149.97)

Odds of Winning

The odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received during the giveaway period.

Dates:
The promotion begins on December 9, 2020 and ends on December 14, 2020.

Who May Enter:

Open to all legal United States residents age 18 and older. Employees of Travelers or any of its affiliates, and members of their immediate family are not eligible.
Limit one entry per person per Instagram account.

How To Enter

Eligible entrants must have an Instagram account to enter. If a prospective entrant does not have an Instagram account, the entrant can create one at no cost at www.instagram.com. Entrants must agree to comply with Instagram terms of service and privacy policy to create an account.
Only the entrant who does the tagging will be entered to win. Tagged friends will not be entered to win.
No entry may contain any offensive or vulgar content. Any entry containing inappropriate content, as determined by Travelers, in its sole and absolute discretion, will be considered ineligible and will not be part of the giveaway. Automated entries, including entries submitted using any robot, script, macro or other automated service are not permitted and will be disqualified. Only eligible entries received before the end of the giveaway period will be included in the prize.

Alternate Form of Entry

You can enter by emailing the following information to socm51@travelers.com. Only one entry per person. Email must be received by December 14^th to be eligible.

How to Win/Claim the Prize:

On December 16, 2020 Travelers will randomly select 5 potential winners from among all eligible entries.
Once eligibility has been verified, winners will be notified by a direct Instagram message by @TravelersInsurance within 5 days of the end of the promotion, and once notified, the winner will have twenty-four (24) hours from the time the direct message was sent to send a reply direct message to @travelersinsurance. Failure to respond within twenty-four (24) hours may result in disqualification and an alternate potential winner may be selected. If the winner used the alternate form of entry, they will be notified by email. Only winners will be notified.
If a potential winner is found to be ineligible; is not in compliance with these rules; declines to accept the prize or does not comply with instructions, the prize may be forfeited in Travelers sole discretion. If a prize is forfeited, then the prize may be awarded to an alternate winner, selected in a random drawing from among all remaining eligible Entries received, as determined by Travelers in its sole discretion. Travelers shall not be held responsible for any delays in awarding the prize for any reason. Each prize will only be awarded to a verified winner. Any unclaimed prizes will be awarded in a random drawing to be held as necessary. Prize will be awarded once the potential winner responds timely to our direct Instagram message. If the winner used the alternate form of entry, upon verification by Travelers that the entrant was eligible, the prize will be sent to the shipping address provided in the entry email. By accepting a prize, each Entrant consents to Travelers use of their name, photograph and/or likeness, address, voice, and statements made by or attributed to them, in perpetuity, in any and all media now known or hereafter developed (including, without limitation, print, broadcast and Internet), for all legitimate business purposes including advertising and promotional activities without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law. Upon shipping the Zaadii Kit to the winner by mail, Travelers will be deemed to have awarded the prize to the winner with winner assuming full responsibility for the prize.

By participating in this giveaway, each entrant agrees to release and hold harmless Travelers, the prize providers and Instagram and each of their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, representatives, agents and employees, from any and all liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind arising from or in connection with, either directly or indirectly from: 1) the awarding, acceptance, receipt, possession, use and/or misuse of any prize awarded herein; or 2) participation in the Giveaway or any prize related activities. Arbitration and Choice of Law: Except where prohibited by law, as a condition of participating in this Giveaway, Entrant agrees that any and all disputes and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Giveaway, or any prizes awarded, EXCEPT FOR DISPUTES THAT QUALIFY FOR AND ARE FILED IN SMALL CLAIMS COURT, ALL DISPUTES ARISING EXCLUSIVELY OUT OF PARTICIPATION IN THIS GIVEAWAY, WHETHER BASED IN CONTRACT, TORT, STATUTE, FRAUD, MISREPRESENTATION OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, WILL BE RESOLVED THROUGH FINAL AND BINDING ARBITRATION BEFORE A NEUTRAL ARBITRATOR INSTEAD OF IN A COURT BY A JUDGE OR JURY, AND YOU AGREE THAT TRAVELERS AND YOU ARE EACH WAIVING THE RIGHT TO TRIAL BY A JURY. YOU AGREE THAT ANY ARBITRATION WILL TAKE PLACE ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS; CLASS ARBITRATIONS AND CLASS ACTIONS ARE NOT PERMITTED AND YOU ARE AGREEING TO GIVE UP THE ABILITY TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION. THE ARBITRATION WILL BE ADMINISTERED BY JAMS PURSUANT TO ITS COMPREHENSIVE ARBITRATION RULES AND PROCEDURES, AS AMENDED BY THESE TERMS. Under no circumstances will Entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and Entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental or consequential damages, or any other damages, including attorneys’ fees, other than Entrant’s actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e., costs associated with entering this Giveaway), and Entrant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of Entrants and Travelers in connection with this Giveaway, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the substantive laws of the State of Connecticut, without regard to its principles of conflicts of law and regardless of your location.
