Travelers Environmental Claim department works with emerging litigation issues. Environmental Claim assistant account executives gather, research and analyze complex loss data, working closely with clients, medical and technical specialists and legal professionals to resolve coverage issues, investigate claims and negotiate settlements.
Environmental Claim assistant account executives are able to make an immediate impact on the business because claim file management responsibilities begin as soon as new employees demonstrate required skills and competencies.
Assistant account executives participate in a three-month, formal training program that combines classroom instruction with independent study. Practical training is an integral part of the program. Personal development is ongoing with regular opportunities to participate in legal, medical and technical seminars.
New assistant account executives are also encouraged to participate in our Environmental Claim department’s mentoring program. This one-on-one opportunity provides participants with career guidance, as well as valuable insights into current business issues and case law.
