Information Technology Specialist
Development Program

Through the use of cost-effective systems and dynamic application development, we have been able to rapidly deliver many effective and essential business processes.  We have developed many "first-of-kind" applications that have allowed us to set the industry standard in product delivery and customer service. 

We have a number of exciting opportunities in a variety of areas, such as:

  • Quality Assurance Analysts - Provide operational and business test support for application systems used by the business centers and agents.  Participate in the assessment of the system change specifications and requirements walk-through analysis.
  • Business Analysts - Provide operational and business support for computer systems to various units.  Develop business requirements and assist in the design, testing, development, implementation, maintenance and enhancement of department/division systems.
  • We and Application Developers - Complete programming/analysis tasks including analysis, coding, testing, debugging, documenting, implementing and production support of programs from average to average complexity. 
  • Project Management - Assemble project teams, assign responsibilities, see projects to completion and analyze the results and management process.
  • Operations - Maintain/support the infrastructure (servers, workstations, printer, network, mainframe and help desk) of our companies.  Our command center groups perform nationwide problem solving, administration and change/configuration management for distributed, network and mainframe.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate or graduate degree
  • Possess a passion for both technology and business
  • Preferred GPA of 3.2 or greater
  • Demonstrated leadership experience
  • Extracurricular involvement
  • Prior work experience
  • Motivation to succeed
  • Strong communication and analytical skills
  • Legally eligible to work in the United States
