The Travelers Information Technology Leadership Development Program (ITLDP) is an accelerated four- to five-year rotational program emphasizing leadership development for college graduates looking to pursue a career in Information Technology (IT).
Travelers has more than 3,000 individuals in information systems positions, primarily in Hartford, Conn., and Saint Paul, Minn. If you possess a strong motivation to succeed, leadership potential and a professional and dedicated work ethic, you should consider becoming part of the ITLDP.
Participants complete rotations of increasing complexity in technology and business, depending on prior work experience. A typical rotation is 12 months in length, but rotations can vary in length from four to 15 months. Program participants are required to complete at least one six-month rotation in a
Travelers field office.
The ITLDP is multi-faceted, offering a technology, business and management-oriented development curriculum that includes training in cutting-edge technologies (e.g. application development, infrastructure, business intelligence), insurance, strategy and leadership. Other program components include formal mentoring, networking and career guidance.
Positions are available in Hartford, Conn., and Saint Paul, Minn.
