Recruitment process

Travelers’ Fixed Income Investments team recruits at a sampling of elite U.S. universities, targeting select senior undergraduate students with a passion for investments. We are looking for talented individuals with an aptitude for quantitative and qualitative analysis and an ability to work well with others.

Each step of our recruitment process helps us discern which candidates will thrive in our department and add value to Travelers’ investment portfolio. Our recruitment process begins in the fall. Contact your school’s career services office to see if Travelers Investments will be attending your school’s career fair. To apply online, click here to see current openings and follow the instructions below:

  1. Click “Search openings.”
  2. Search for the keyword “investments.”
  3. Once the “Credit/Quantitative Associate Analyst” position appears, follow the instructions within the job search tool. If no position appears, please check back in the fall.
