The Investment Analyst Development Program incorporates a multi-faceted approach to training and development designed to ensure Associate Analysts are contributing meaningfully to portfolio outcomes soon after starting.

Chartered Financial Analyst Exams

Travelers supports Associate Analysts as they pursue the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation by paying exam fees, providing time off to study and reward recognition after successful completion of the CFA Level III Exam.
