Claim customer service representative

The claim customer service representative builds and maintains effective relationships with our various claim customers. Responsibilities include:

  • Answer telephone calls, respond to routine questions and reroute calls when appropriate.
  • Capture claim loss information from accounts/customers.
  • Input loss information into a claim multi-line system via computer.
  • Maintain and update reference material needed to provide quality service.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and/or refer them effectively to someone who can assist them.
  • Provide top-tier, high-level customer service to our accounts/customers.

Position requirements

  • Undergraduate degree with a preferred GPA of 3.2 or greater.
  • Effective organizational, time management and multi-tasking skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and verbal and written communication skills.
  • Able to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Willingness to embrace and embody our core values: integrity, discipline, accountability, teamwork, ingenuity and a customer-centric orientation.
