Benefits Enrollment

Coverage From Day One

At Travelers, you’re eligible for a comprehensive suite of health, wellness and retirement benefits. That way you can focus on learning the business, instead of worrying about your benefits coverage.

Getting Enrolled

You’ll have up to 31 days from your hire date to enroll in your benefits. Benefits are effective retroactive to your date of hire.

Within the first week of employment, you’ll have the opportunity to electronically enroll in your benefits using our online enrollment tool.

Your Health and Wellness Benefits

Travelers prides itself on offering extensive, market-competitive health and wellness benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, paid time off and much more. For detailed information about all of the benefits available, contact the Employee Services Unit (ESU) at
