Common losses

  • Products liability – defective component is manufactured and buyer installs in another product, which now does not work. Defective product sold to end user (e.g. – manufacturer makes a wrench with a burr on it that damages whatever it’s being used on).
  • Damage to roof, siding, AC units caused by windstorm/hail.
  • Fire resulting in property damage (e.g. – electrical failure, ignition by machinery while tooling, ignition by chemicals on fabric, explosion inside equipment).
