On April 27, 2011, a series of F-5 tornadoes devastated cities and towns across central Alabama. Within 24 hours, Travelers Claim Professionals were on the ground, going door to door in many of the most heavily impacted areas, helping our customers and agents in need.
Throughout the following days and weeks, hundreds of people and resources, including four of Travelers' self-contained Mobile Claim Offices, poured into the state to help our customers and agents meet their immediate needs and start to rebuild their lives and businesses.
