Emergency response

Travelers wants you to know what we are doing to respond to the damages caused by the hail storms in Texas. We have thousands of trained claim professionals countrywide, who are ready to help.


Please make it a priority to report all claims to Travelers as soon as possible. The sooner we know about losses, the sooner we can help. In circumstances where customers are without power and/or land lines are inoperable, they can still report claims via our smartphone apps and/or mobile web. Claims can be reported as follows:

We know how important getting back on your feet is to you. There are some steps you can start taking now to ensure personal safety and avoid further damage. Please review the information on our storm recovery site for details.

We have deployed one of our Mobile Claim Offices to serve as an additional resource for customers who are unable to report a claim by telephone. Please see location list and hours of operation below.

Agents and customers are welcome to visit a Mobile Claim Office to start a claim, check the status of an existing claim, talk to one of our managers, access the Internet and email through our network, or just recharge mobile devices.
