REPORTING A CLAIM
Our claim reporting centers are prepared to take claims 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Please make it a priority to report all claims to Travelers as soon as possible. The sooner we know about losses, the sooner we can help. If you are without power and/or land lines are down, you can still report claims via our smartphone apps and/or mobile web.
During times of extremely heavy call volume, you may hear a special message informing you of the estimated wait time. You can choose to remain on the line or use our secure online reporting tool on Travelers.com. This is a consumer reporting site that is also available to agents who report claims on their customers’ behalf. Customers will receive a confirmation email and can expect to hear from their assigned Claim Professional shortly thereafter.

MOBILE CLAIM OFFICES
When needed, Travelers can quickly deploy Mobile Claim Offices—fully self-contained claim offices on wheels—to serve as additional resources for customers who are unable to report a claim to Travelers by telephone. Agents and customers are welcome to visit one to start a claim, check the status of an existing claim, talk to one of our managers, access the Internet and email through our network, or just recharge mobile devices. When deployed, their locations will be listed below, along with local hours of operation.
