Billing Relief for U.S. Customers
To ease the financial burden that many individuals and businesses were experiencing due to COVID-19, we had provided billing relief for all our U.S. customers from March 26 - June 15, 2020.
While the relief period has ended, we continue to work with customers on an individual basis if needed. We also continue to provide specific billing relief measures in the states that require it.
In addition, we launched the Stay-at-Home Auto Premium Credit Program, which will automatically give U.S. personal auto insurance customers a 15% credit on their April, May and June premiums.
We are committed to working with our agents, brokers and customers during these challenging times.
As always, you can call your agent, the GEICO Insurance Agency, Inc., at 1.800.841.3005 to discuss billing support.
