Teen driver safety videos and tips about the dangers of distractions

Teens put the brakes on distracted driving

Travelers is a proud sponsor of The Connecticut Department of Motor Vehicles' annual Teen Safe Driving Video Contest: From the Driver's Seat to the Director's Chair.

Every year, students from across Connecticut script, write, direct and edit videos to communicate the dangers of distracted driving, highlight important teen safe driving laws and show how communities help to make teens safer drivers.

Here you will be able to view the winning videos and also find tips and information to help teens be responsible drivers.

Congratulations to the 2013-2014 Teen Safe Driving Video Contest Winners

Helpful tips and information for teen drivers and parents of teen drivers

Safe driving is everyone's responsibility. As new drivers, teens are most at risk because they lack the experience (and sometimes the maturity) to make intelligent decisions at critical times. It's important to strive to form good driving habits early through education and information.
