The “Overdraft” University Symposia Series continued in the spring semester of 2013 at Baruch College in the heart of New York City. Students gathered in the college’s Engelman Recital Hall to view the film and participate in an interactive discussion on the national debt with Travelers Institute President Joan Woodward and Baruch College Professor Daniel W.
