Travelers participates in many online communities. Our goal is to provide an open and engaging forum to share, discuss and learn about Travelers and our products and services. If you have a specific question regarding your policy or claim, please contact us directly so that we may assist you. Please be respectful of the opinions expressed by participants and keep these guidelines in mind when posting:
- Protect your personal information: Be aware that social sites are public forums. Do not reference or share any personal information. If you are a customer of Travelers please keep your claims, account or policy information confidential. For questions about an individual insurance matter, please contact us directly.
- Stay on topic: Comments should be relevant to our posts and discussions taking place.
- Be considerate: Use of obscene, derogatory, hateful, discriminatory or offensive language, comments, or images are unacceptable.
- Do not solicit: Third—party advertisements and posts that promote or solicit are not allowed.
We reserve the right to remove posts that do not follow the above Guidelines or that we deem in any way to be disruptive, misleading, inappropriate or infringe on any intellectual property or any rights of others. If an individual's disruptive behavior persists, we may permanently block that person from participating. While we are excited to hear from everyone, it is important to note that postings by fans and followers to Travelers Facebook, Twitter or YouTube pages do not necessarily reflect the opinions of Travelers, nor does Travelers in any way warrant their accuracy.
As a company policy, Travelers and its employees do not accept or consider unsolicited ideas, including but not limited to ideas for new, innovative or improved products or services, processes, advertising campaigns, marketing plans, or new product names. Accordingly, any information provided to Travelers shall be deemed non-confidential and Travelers shall be free to use such information on an unrestricted basis, without any compensation to you.
