Becoming a Travelers Approved Service Provider for Property Claims
Thank you for your interest in becoming an approved service provider for Travelers. This application should be completed by service providers who would like to become approved for property claims only. Before you can complete the application, we request you carefully read and agree to the following conditions.
Travelers uses ProfileGorilla to collect and manage all required application documents and information. As an approved vendor you will be required to maintain a ProfileGorilla membership. There are fees associated with a ProfileGorilla membership.
All service providers and vendors must agree to:
- Maintain a ProfileGorilla membership and cooperate with ProfileGorilla in the collection of required documents and information.
- Maintain appropriate insurance and provide insurance certificates demonstrating appropriate coverage is in force.
- Maintain any licenses and authorizations as required by law.
- Provide owner and employee background checks.
- Not use the Travelers names, service marks, logos, or trademarks of Travelers or its affiliates without the express prior written consent of Travelers.
All remediation and restoration contractors must agree to:
- Provide Travelers customers with warranties on workmanship and materials.
- Promptly respond to and resolve customer complaints.
- Promptly notify the claim handler of changes in scope. The claim handler must be notified prior to doing any work in addition to the agreed scope of work.
- Complete all repairs and remediation timely and in accordance with industry standards.
- Correct any deficiency in your work or services at no additional cost to Travelers or the insured.

- Travelers reserves the right to conduct inspections or quality-control reviews of your work or services provided. Problems or issues with the work or services provided may result in removal from our vendor database.
- At its sole discretion, Travelers reserves the right to remove vendors at any time from the vendor database.
- Not all vendors will be accepted and added to our vendor database.
- Being added to our database does not imply or promise that you will receive work.
