Also, our MyTravelers Repair Network partners can arrange a rental, making it as convenient as possible for you to drop off and pick up your vehicle.
Virtual Inspection
When appropriate, we have digital capabilities that allow us to inspect your vehicle without the need for you to wait for an appraiser to assess the car on site. Our advanced technology gives you the ability to upload photos and video of your vehicle damage. When coupled with an electronic payment, Virtual Inspection can provide the quickest path to resolution.
Local Field Inspection
In some cases, your Claim professional will recommend an in-person inspection to assess your vehicle damages. We will work with you to schedule an inspection that will be performed by a local field appraiser.
