Travelers Emergency Response

Claim response teams from Travelers are helping customers recover from the effects of Hurricane Florence. We are committed to keeping you informed, and we want to make you aware of some steps you can take to help enhance your safety and make the recovery process smoother:

Widespread power outages can accompany severe windstorms. You should take extra precautions when using portable generators to help avoid electrical hazards or carbon monoxide buildup.

Report

Please make it a priority to report all claims to Travelers as soon as possible. The sooner we know about your claim, the sooner we can help.

For flood damage to your home, you will also want to call The National Flood Insurance Program through FEMA: 1.800.621.3362.

Visit our Claim Support Center for more information on what to expect after reporting your claim.
