Travelers wants you to know what we are doing to respond to the recent storm activity. We have thousands of trained claim professionals countrywide, who are ready to help.


Please make it a priority to report all claims to Travelers as soon as possible. The sooner we know about losses, the sooner we can help. In circumstances where customers are without power and/or land lines are inoperable, they can still report claims via our smartphone apps and/or mobile web. Claims can be reported as follows:
