Travelers Special Investigations Group (SIG) is one of the largest and most comprehensive investigative units in the industry. SIG investigates theft and educates customers about procedures they might consider adopting to harden operations against criminal activity. Since 2009, SIG has recovered more than $90 million in stolen goods.
Our skillfully trained investigators are available 24 hours a day/365 days a year to offer the solutions and responsiveness needed to address cargo and other specialty losses.
Our SIG team performs recovery investigations and theft prevention consultations for warehousing, transit and storage. Our team members are located across the country, building relationships with law enforcement in the communities where they live and work.
