MyTravelers^® is a secure website that gives Personal and Small Business Insurance customers online access to their billing, policy and claim information. This site enables you to:

• Pay your bill
• Enroll in one of our automatic payment plans
• View your policy information
• Report your claim
• Check your claim status

Personal Insurance and Business Insurance customers can register their policy through the MyTravelers^® website . You will need a policy number to validate your account.

When it comes to paying your bill, Travelers offers several options. Payments can be made:

• Automatically from your credit card or financial institution
• Online
• Over the phone
• By U.S. mail

Find the option that works best for you! Personal Insurance customers can log on to MyTravelers^® to choose the option that works best. Business Insurance customers can use our ePay site to set up electronic payments by accessing www.travelersepay.com .

The best way to get information on your claim is to contact the claim handler assigned to your case. You may obtain this information online by logging into the Check the status of a claim portion of our site. In order to do this, you will need the following information:

• Your Travelers claim number (a seven-digit number given to you when the claim was reported)
• Your date of loss (the date your loss occurred)

You may also call our claim inquiry department at 800.Claim33 (800.252.4633) for assistance.

You may find information on the status of your workers compensation claim through our dedicated site for injured workers at www.mywcinfo.com. You will need to know your claim number and accident date. If you have additional questions, you may contact the Travelers Claim professional assigned to your claim at any time. If you do not have that contact information, please call our customer service center at 800.238.6225; they will assist you in reaching the right person.

Please call the Travelers Claim Reporting Center at 800.CLAIM33 (800.252.4633). You will be asked to provide the other driver's name, license plate, phone number and insurance information.

• Must be at least 8 characters in length.
• Must be a combination of alpha and numeric characters.
• Must have both uppercase and lowercase letters.
• Cannot be the same as your user ID.
• Cannot have more than 2 repeating characters (i.e., Aaa111).
• Should not be something easily guessed.
• Should not include the word "password."
• Should not include any sequential numbers or characters from the keyboard (i.e., 1234 or ASDF).

For customers, once your password has been updated to meet the Strong Password requirements, it will be stored until you choose to change it.

For agents, your password will expire every 90 days from the last date it was updated/changed. You will receive an expiration notice, via a reminder pop-up, 10 days prior to your password's expiration. If you do not change the password within the 10 days' notice, you will be unable to access the secure Travelers sites until you change your password. Once the password has been changed, the pop-ups will not occur again for another 81 days.

If you have forgotten your user ID, please click on the "Problems logging in" link available from the login box on any page. Choose the "I forgot my User ID" button and follow the steps to retrieve your ID.

We strive to keep Travelers.com up and running 24/7, though some of our applications do require scheduled maintenance.

MyTravelers^®

For your convenience, our personal insurance customer service site is available seven days a week. Site maintenance occurs Monday through Saturday 2 a.m. - 2:45 a.m. ET, and Sunday 2 a.m. - 4:45 a.m. ET, at which time MyTravelers^® is not available.

ePay for Business Insurance

For your convenience, our business insurance customer service site is available seven days a week. Site maintenance occurs Sunday through Friday 10 p.m. - 11 p.m. ET, and Saturday 8:30 p.m. - 9:30 p.m., at which time ePay for Business Insurance is not available.

No, it is not. We have been made aware that some individuals across the country have received letters and counterfeit checks, drawn on Travelers Insurance / Travelers Indemnity or some variation of the Travelers name, indicating that they have won a lottery / sweepstakes. The letters and checks are fraudulent and are in no way associated with Travelers. The Travelers Internal Investigations unit is investigating this mail fraud and is working with law enforcement authorities in the United States and Canada. You should not respond to the request and should contact your local authorities. Additional details on this scam as well as fraud prevention tips and links can be found on our website.
