Our focus for giving
Travelers believes that strong communities are sustained by educational and economic opportunities – and we are dedicated to helping our neighborhoods thrive.
Our giving and volunteerism portfolio is directed to organizations that help improve academic and career success, develop thriving neighborhoods and create culturally enriched communities, primarily in Hartford, Connecticut, and St. Paul, Minnesota.
Grants and sponsorships are available by invitation only.
For more than 150 years, Travelers has been a strong partner to Hartford as one of our largest employers and most committed corporate citizens. From creating pathways for residents to build careers in insurance, to supporting a wide array of local educational and arts initiatives, to the hundreds of hours employees spend volunteering in our community, there’s no question we’re a stronger city because of Travelers’ commitment to Hartford.
